Last Sunday week, one of our guests enquired about doing some fly fishing during their four day stay. Thanks to the helpfulness of the local fishing experts and their delight in showing off their beautiful mountains, our guest was able to go fishing that very afternoon.
Luca, Amandola's own SKY fishing star, provided all the gear including the waders, the rods and the flies. We dropped our guest into Amandola where Luca arranged his temporary permit then took him to the No Kill tract of the River Tenna.
Three fish later (released back into the river) and having seen some spectacular scenery our guest returned to La Mela Rosa a tired but happy man.
