This event is organised by Slow Food Piceno and will be held contemporaneously all over Italy. It is to publicise the new Guida agli Extravergini
(Guide to the Extravirgins).
There will be a blind tasting of 5 oils slected from those that received the most points in the Guida agli Extravergini 2011. The tasting will be
followed by dinner, during which the participants will be asked to classify the 5 oils in order of merit.
